Terms of Service

These terms describe the use of the UnparkDomain website and customer dashboard. For questions, contact support@unparkdomain.com.

Current scope of the service

UnparkDomain helps you set up a site for a domain you own, select a topic and language, preview a design and prepare content drafts. The current version is under development. Publishing content on customer domains, Google sign-in, customer Search Console connections and payment collection are not yet available.

Accounts and domain ownership

You must keep your account information accurate and protect your login credentials. Only add domains that you own or are authorized to manage. You retain ownership of your domain and your relationship with your registrar. Connecting DNS does not transfer domain ownership to UnparkDomain.

Responsibility for content

You must have the right to use the content, images and instructions you provide. AI-generated drafts may contain errors and should be reviewed for accuracy, sources, copyright and suitability for publication. Creating a draft does not publish it on the internet.

Plans and fees

Plan amounts and limits shown in the interface are described in the relevant plan information. The current preview version does not collect payment methods or charge fees. If a paid service is introduced, its price and purchase terms will be shown before you agree to purchase it.

Connections, interruptions and results

DNS and certificate verification depend on third parties and technical conditions. Successful connection or SSL verification does not mean content has been published. We do not guarantee a particular number of visitors, search ranking, indexing or revenue outcome. Interruptions may occur during development and maintenance.

Acceptable use

You must use the service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict activities that compromise account security or infringe the rights of others.

Deletion and account closure

Deleting a domain from the dashboard permanently removes the associated site drafts and setup data described in the interface. It does not cancel your domain registration or delete email or DNS records at your registrar. Contact our support address for account closure and other requests.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is used. The current terms are published on this page. These terms are not intended to remove any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
