Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information is processed on the UnparkDomain website and customer dashboard. For privacy questions and requests concerning your data, contact support@unparkdomain.com.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we store your name, email address and a one-way hash of your password. We also store session records, domains you add, site descriptions, language and design preferences, content plans and drafts, DNS verification records and activity history. We do not store your password in plain text.
How we use information
We use this information to provide account access, manage your site records, prepare drafts you request, verify domain ownership, respond to support requests and investigate misuse. Account information and content drafts are not displayed on public pages.
Infrastructure and service providers
We use Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, databases and technical logs. Your browser may load fonts or interface resources from Google Fonts and content delivery services. These requests may transmit technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to the relevant provider. Service providers may operate infrastructure in different countries.
AI and content drafts
When AI generation is enabled, the site description, content topic and instructions needed for your request may be sent to the configured AI provider. The preview version may use sample generation. Do not include passwords, access keys or unnecessary personal information in drafting fields.
Google connections
Google sign-in and customer Google Search Console connections are not yet enabled in this version. When enabled, the requested permissions will be shown on Google's authorization screen, and this policy will be updated to explain the relevant data use. Creating an account currently does not grant access to your Google account or Search Console data.
Cookies and technical logs
We use a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. Hosting and debugging infrastructure may record request and error information. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Retention, deletion and requests
Account and site information is retained to provide the service. Deleting an unpublished domain from the dashboard removes its associated setup, plans and drafts. If its external domain connection still needs to be removed, the record is retained until that operation completes. Security and deletion audit records may be retained separately. Deleting a domain does not delete your user account or your domain registration with your registrar.
For account closure, access, correction or deletion requests, contact support@unparkdomain.com. We may request information needed to verify that the account belongs to you.
Changes
